Chops, Sauerkraut, and Krewtons bring a rockabilly style to Dewey Hall, a great dancing band, with an all age rockin' appeal. Chops Sauerkraut, and Krewtons have been playing hard edged Rockabilly, Honky Tonk and Garage Rock since the early part of this millennium. Chops and Sauerkraut take influence from Carl Perkins, the Standells, ? and the Mysterians, Frankie Yankovic, Elvis Presley, Bob Wills, and the Cramps. Cranking through B-sides of the last century as well as writing their own Sock-It-To-Me Sound" classics. They have played roadhouses and Honky Tonks from Copake Falls to Craryville for years knocking the socks off fans with the thumping upright bass, funky foot drums, and the rebel rhythm of days gone by.

Chops Laconte is one of the best rockabilly bull bass players. He has gigged as the bassist with Brian Setzer, and tours regularly with the Luster Kings, and the legendary Wanda Jackson. He was a founding member of the 1990's New York band Slick Pelt.
Sauerkraut Seth Travins is a musician around town and around the world. Currently his main gig is the Upright bassist with The Wiyos, he also plays guitar, writes and sings. His Rockabilly persona comes to life in Chops and Sauerkraut. His past endeavors have included bassist, vocalist and songwriter with the Blue Ribbon Boys, The Big Iron Skillet Band, and bassist with Contra Dance Band the Russet Trio. Seth makes sauerkraut, Kim Chee and fermented vegetables when he's not playing music. sauerkrautseth.com
Jim Krewson plays sings and plays drums but is also a great songwriter, and visual artist. He is most known for his work in the bluegrass/country rock band: Jim and Jennie and the Pinetops.
